As one of our holiday home owners, you may have the opportunity to join one of our Letting Schemes (Easylet Scheme and Guaranteed Income Scheme) which will give you the flexibility of letting your holiday home when you aren’t using it, allowing you to offset some of the running costs of your holiday home with the income. We will do all the hard work; we advertise your holiday home for you and take care of all correspondence with holiday guests, as well as cleaning your holiday home in between lets.
We will aim to let your holiday home on all the dates you give us, plus take care of everything below*;
• Arrange and communicate all booking confirmations and pre-arrival information • Collect all money from holiday guests • Check-in and check-out, plus liaise with the holiday guests during their stay • Clean your holiday home after every let and replace any gas bottles or inventory as needed.
You’ll need to give your Owner/Guest Experience Manager 3 sets of keys, 7 days prior to your holiday home being let.
Remove all of your personal items.
Ensure you have adequate inventory as per the 2021 Inventory Checklist.
Arrange an initial deep clean of your holiday home prior to your holiday home being let.
Make sure you have a valid TV licence.
Check your insurance certificate is valid for the time you are participating in the letting scheme and make sure that you have provided a copy to us.
Ensure you have a valid annual gas test certificate.
Ensure you have evidence of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and have returned the completed Portable Appliance Testing Form within this pack to your Owner/Guest Experience Manager.
Make sure you have a valid 3 yearly electrical certificate.
Check you have a working fire extinguisher (inspected annually), smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector (within expiry date).
Check your connecting gas hose is within its expiry date/within 5 years from date printed on hose.
Ensure sterilisation of the shower head has been completed.
