Your income earned is 70% of the holiday home tariff minus any other charges that may apply*. The amount you earn depends on: • The age and size of your holiday home • How many weeks you let out your holiday home • The dates you let out your holiday home You’ll be making an income from the lets we arrange for you, but you’ll still be responsible for all running costs and will need to cover things such as gas and electricity and the cost of breakages or replacements as required.
Speak with your Holiday Sales Manager to make sure the Easylet Scheme is right for you and discuss how much you could receive depending on the number of weeks you give us. School holiday dates are the most popular for our holiday guests and will potentially give you the highest earnings.
On or before 30th November 2021 we will credit your Owner Income to your Owner Account for Bookings before 15th November 2021 and we will debit your Owner Account with the 2022 pitch fee (unless you have notified us that you are terminating your pitch licence agreement and will be removing your holiday home from the Park before the start of the 2022 season).
If your account is in credit after debiting your 2022 pitch fee and paying any other debt owed to us on your Owner Account we will pay you the balance. If there is an outstanding balance due from you on your Owner Account after we have offset your Owner Income against your 2021 pitch fee and any other debt due to us we will write to you setting out the payment options for the amount due.
