Howletts are committed to conservation, through captive breeding, education, and reintroduction into the wild.

The park is home to over 390 animals, including the largest herd of African elephants in the UK, and more gorillas, leopards and monkeys than any zoo in the county!

Port Lympne Reserve

The park is home to over 900 animals across 75 species, including Kent's only spectacled bears, as well as giraffes, zebras, lions, tigers, gorillas, and more!
