During the Day our self-guided tours are an amazing family experience! Your journey starts when you enter the multimillion-pound “Dark Walk” Featuring breathtaking special effects, cinematics and Holograms, “The Dark Walk” will transport you to the past with your own virtual tour guide – the last Warden of Bodmin Jail, before you enter the original prison cells to experience history behind bars for yourselves!

When darkness falls things take a turn for the darker at Bodmin Jail! Our Ghost walks on selected evenings allows you to experience Cornwall’s haunted history on an entertaining story telling ghost walk, and Lights Out, the South west’s first scare experience, takes you on a scary journey through the Jail with live actors and jump scares galore!

BODMIN JAIL WEBSITE

Bring the family for a day at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary and learn about the work they do to ensure the safety and wellbeing of seals around Cornwall’s coastline.

Based in Gweek, commanding panoramic views of the Helford River, the sanctuary is dedicated to seal rescue, rehabilitation and release. It also focuses on raising awareness of how plastic pollution has affected our marine life in Cornwall and also provides a forever home to animals needing permanent specialist care.

Meet the rescued seal pups going through rehabilitation during pup season in the winter, before being returned to the wild. See and hear about the resident animals and learn about their stories.

FootballGolf uses the same rules as golf but instead of using a club players kick a football into a hole. Think crazy or adventure golf but supersized with guaranteed laughs for everyone!
